Concord at the Boston Marathon Finish Line: Town Runner Results

CONCORD, MA — Whether you're in the elite group, or crossing at a slow clip near the end of the day, it's a huge accomplishment to complete the Boston Marathon.

On Monday, April 18, 30,000 runners took off from the Hopkinton start line on the 26.2 mile course to Boston. Chris Hartshorn was the fastest male, and fastest overall, runner in Concord clocking in at a time of 02:37:46.

Lisa Williams was Concord's fastest female, clocking in at 03:37:52.

Interestingly enough, Hartshorn finished less than 30 minutes behind the fastest male time of 02:12:45 recorded by Ethiopia's Lemi Berhanu.
