Concord Carlisle High School Fencing begins their 50th season

Monday November 3rd will begin the 50th season for Concord Carlisle Fencing team. Lead by Captains Cynthia Putnam (’15), Kevin Fan (‘15) and Trey Powers (‘15) and Coaches David Blake and Ariana Klinkov the team will have a busy season this year. As the season starts the schedule is still being filled out but there will be two Sunday 5 school meets, the 9th annual invitational, and State Championships all held at CCHS. The team will also travel to Hopkins School in New Haven, CT for a 4 school meet and Huntington NY for the relay tournament.

This season it the team has grown from last year due to a combination of new fencers and not having many seniors last year. Many of the starters have returned so the team looks set to have a strong season.
