Concord-Carlisle High School Start Time May be Bumped Back

The Concord-Carlisle School Committee has voted to establish a committee to explore a later start time at CCHS.

CONCORD, MA—Parents and students across Concord may soon jump for joy, as the School Committee is exploring a later start time for Concord-Carlisle High School(CCHS).

At its April 26 meeting, the Concord-Carlisle Regional School Committee voted unanimously to set up an advisory committee to study a possible later start time at CCHS, the school district confirmed to Patch. The High School Start Time Advisory committee has four meetings scheduled at the Ripley Building, located at 120 Meriam Rd.

All residents are invited to attend and provide input. Concord-Carlisle High School currently starts at 7:30 a.m.
