All dogs over the age of six months old must be registered in Massachusetts.Dogs must have a valid rabies vaccination in order to be registered. Dogs owned but not registered in 2015 must be licensed for 2016 and 2015. Licenses are available online at the town website (www.concordma.gov – click online payments) or in person at the Town Clerk's office, according to the town announcement.
