Concord Library to offer 3D Printer Workshops for Kids and Adults

Technology Workshop

CONCORD – The Concord Free Public Library will offer 3D Printing Workshops for both children and adults at the Fowler Branch (1322 Main Street) on March 12 and March 13th, respectively. Registration is required for both workshops.

The 3D Design and Printing Workshop for Kids will take place on Tuesday, March 12th from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Participants will use Tinkercad to design and print a small rocket! This workshop is open to kids in grades 4-6 and will be taught by Toys in Box. Space is limited and registration is required. Please register here.

In the Adult workshop, which will take place on Wednesday, March 13th from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., instructors from Toys in Box will teach participants how to design a multi-colored magnet for their refrigerator using Tinkercad 3D design software. Participants will then send their designs to a 3D printer to print during the class and take home with them. Registration is required. Please register here.
