Concord Man Charged with Stealing from Disabled Woman

The following are excerpts from the Concord police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Tue., April 22

  • 12:02 p.m. A two-car crash was reported on the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot on Thoreau Street. There were no injuries.
  • 1:11 p.m. A lost dog was found on Main Street. It was reunited with its owner.
  • 2:56 p.m. A lost German Shepherd was found on Estabrook Road. The dog was reportedly deaf, had no collar, and had an infection on its stomach.
  • 5:36 p.m. Dominick Costanzo, of 478 Sudbury Rd., Concord, was charged with stealing from a disabled woman. He was arrested after a woman reported the theft of sterling silverware from her Bedford Street home.
  • 6:50 p.m. A "possible gun shot" was reported near Powder Mill Road. Police checked the area and found nothing.
