Monday, Jan. 27:
- At 1:24 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Rossini's Pizza.
- At 11:26 a.m., police responded to a report of a malfunctioning traffic signal at the intersection of Main and Church streets. The traffic lights were reset.
- At 9:02 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Barrett's Mill Road.
- At 10:36 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Concord Turnpike.
- At 11:32 a.m., police responded to a panhandling complaint on Sudbury Road.
- At 11:56 a.m., police responded to a report of a stray dog on Butternut Circle. The dog was returned to its owner.
- At 1:34 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Lee Drive.
- At 3:52 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on the Concord Turnpike.
- At 5:16 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Sudbury Road.
- At 8:46 p.m., police responded to a report of a threatening phone call on Thoreau Street.
Wednesday, Jan. 29:
- At 12:46 a.m., police responded to a report of a past assault at Concord Health Care.
- At 8:28 a.m., police responded to a report of stolen medication on Commonwealth Avenue.
- At 9:11 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Bradford Street.
Thursday, Jan. 30:
- At 1:05 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Thoreau Street.
- At 1:29 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Thoreau Street.
- At 4:17 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Sudbury Road. Patrick S. Lynch, of 212 Delaware Ave., Albany, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
- At 6:41 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a deer near the intersection of Westford and Lowell roads.
- At 12:36 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Baker Avenue and Main Street.
- At 4:27 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Mass General Cancer Center on Old Road.
- At 6:19 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Old Powder Mill Road.
- At 7:12 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Monsen Road.
Friday, Jan. 31:
- At 8:35 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Lowell Road.
- At 8:47 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street.
- At 8:50 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Crest Street. Robert J. Costigan Jr., of 203 Conant St., Concord, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- At 9:33 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on the Cambridge Turnpike.
- At 10:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a large dog running in and out of traffic on Commonwealth Avenue.
- At 1:57 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Commonwealth Avenue.
- At 7:58 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Mildred Circle.
Saturday, Feb. 1:
- At 1:12 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Sudbury Road. Sergo E. Mathurin, of 700 Metropolitan, Hyde Park, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- At 11:01 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Old Road. James F. Duchaney Jr., of 222 Palrey St., Watertown, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
- At 11:55 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Walden Street. Jean M. Alexis, of 27 Linden St., Lynn, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
- At 3:13 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Lee Drive.
- At 6:11 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Conant Street.
- At 7:10 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Border Road.
Sunday, Feb. 2:
- At 11:57 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Monument Square.
- At 4:42 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm at Concord Country Club.
