Concord Police Log: Man Charged with Second OUI; Driver Cited for Hitting Downed Tree; Elderly Woman Drives Erratically

Mon., Nov. 17

  • 1:36 p.m. Matthew Troiano, 23, of Woburn, was arrested on a car theft warrant. Read more about his arrest.
  • 4:24 p.m. An elderly woman driving a red Volkswagen was reportedly all over the road on Elm Street.
  • 4:39 p.m. A man walked into the police station and said a Toyota Corolla hit his truck on Monument Street then took off.
  • 5:52 p.m A vehicle got struck in the mud in area of 29 Academy St.
  • 8:06 p.m. A tree fell on Pine Street and blocked the road until crews removed it.
  • 8:33 p.m. A driver was cited after crashing into the previously mentioned tree on Pine Street.

Tue., Nov. 18

  • 2:15 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Main Street, Jeffrey Buck, 32, of Boxborough, was charged with OUI (liquor, second offense), a lane violation, and having an unregistered vehicle.
  • 3:44 p.m. A caller said a FedEx truck struck his caravan on Middle Street then took off. There was minor damage to the caravan.
  • 6:55 p.m. A lost dog was reported on Main Street.
