Concord Police Log: Slow Driver Charged with OUI; Vermont Man Caught After Running from Police; Crash at Starbucks

Thur., Nov. 13

  • 2:09 p.m. Security staff at Emerson Hospital said a driver hit a vehicle on the third floor of a parking garage then fled the scene. The suspect vehicle was described as a late-model green sedan.
  • 6:29 p.m. Ryan Larocque, 38, of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, was charged with failing to stop for police, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, driving without a license, and a lane violation following a traffic stop on Route 2.

Fri., Nov. 14

  • 10:22 a.m. Two golden retrievers were found in the police station parking lot. Police attempted to contact the owner.
  • 11:08 a.m. A crash was reported in the parking lot at Starbucks on Sudbury Road.

  • 6:02 p.m. Fireworks were reported on Musterfield Road.
  • 10:51 p.m. Sarah Carlson, 42, of Somerville, was charged with OUI and a lane violation following a traffic stop on Route 2. Police pulled her over after receiving a tip that she was driving 20 mph below the speed limit.
