The following is an excerpt from the Concord Police Department's log:
Monday, Feb. 10:
- At 9:03 a.m., police responded to a traffic light issue on Main Street.
- At 9:22 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at a 7-Eleven on Main Street.
- At 9:55 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Hayward Mill Road.
- At 11:00 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Elm Street. Joshua E. Garfinkle, of 47 Gilman Road, Mason, N.H., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
- At 8:31 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Old Road.
- At 8:49 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Monsen Road.
- At 9:49 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Old Road.
Tuesday, Feb. 11:
- At 6:48 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Walden Street.
- At 9:44 a.m., a Ridgewood Road woman called police to report that a stray dog had just run into her house. The animal control officer was notified.
- At 1:45 p.m., a resident called police to report a possible scamming attempt.
- At 3:06 p.m., police responded to well-being check on Hayward Mill Road.
- At 9:15 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle near the intersection of Sudbury and Southfield roads. Patrick T. McGourty, of 414 Powder Mill Road, Concord, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Wednesday, Feb. 12:
- At 7:04 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Old Road.
- At 11:28 a.m., police responded to a parking complaint on Main Street.
- At 1:21 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Bradford Street. Lisa M. Aideuis, of 216 Pemberton St., Apt. #2, Cambridge, was arrested on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration.
- At 1:38 p.m., police received word that a FedEx driver had just backed into two parking meters on Commonwealth Avenue. Sean A. Sweeney, of 21 Langlois Ave., Southbridge, was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
- At 4:05 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street.
- At 10:16 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Stow Street.
Thursday, Feb. 13:
- At 2:11 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Nancy Road.
- At 3:42 p.m., police responded to a traffic light issue on Thoreau Street.
- At 5:52 p.m., police responded to a dog complaint on Academy Lane.
Friday, Feb. 14:
- At 12:16 a.m., police responded to a traffic light issue near the intersection of Main and Pine streets.
- At 12:38 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Strawberry Hill Road.
- At 7:52 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Road.
- At 1:27 p.m., a stolen vehicle was reportedly located on Elm Street. Brittany M. Haefner, of 54 Sagamore Road, Weymouth, was arrested on a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority.
Saturday, Feb. 15:
- At 12:13 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Old Marlboro Road.
- At 2:43 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Grant Street.
- At 7:47 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Stow Street.
Sunday, Feb. 16:
- At 12:58 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Belknap Street.
