Concord Police Logs: Suspicious Items, Attempted Break-in

Excerpts from the Concord police logs.

CONCORD, MA—Here are some excerpts from the Concord police logs from March 28-30.

March 28:

12:05 a.m.: A main street resident reported that her boyfriend was at her front door. She reported that she did not want to speak with him, and was sitting in a black vehicle in the parking lot. Police responded and there was no incident of abuse and no history of abuse.

10:12 a.m.: Police responded to Middlesex Savings Bank at 64 Main Street to reports of a suspicious package left on a cement bench. It was a red jacket vest rolled up into a pouch.

12:59 p.m.: Police arrested Sheri Gilman, 35 of Burlington for driving with suspended or revoked registration and a lights violation.

5:31 p.m.: Police arrested Evan Foyette Spann, 27, of Acton for driving with a suspended license.

March 29:

9:30 p.m.: Police summoned Eduardo Ventura Perez, 64, of Lynn for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

March 30:

2:02 p.m. A reporting party reported an attempted break-in at his home. The person indicated that his front window was damaged but no one was able to enter the home.

2:34 p.m.: Police received a 911 call in the area of laws brook road reporting a suspicious male that had been walking up and down the street for a couple of hours and showing odd behavior. The area was cleared and the subject was gone upon arrival.
