Concord Police Seeking Credit Card Thief Who Went on Lavish Spending Spree

Anyone with information is asked to call Concord police at 978-318-3400.

Concord police are looking for a suspect (pictured above) who they said stole credit cards from the Beede Center Gym and racked up about $11,000 in charges.

The suspect was described as a tall, olive-skinned male, standing about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds.

“He dresses well and does not speak with any sort of accent,” Concord Police Chief Joseph O’Connor said in a statement.

He may be driving a dark-colored Ford Fusion sedan, possibly with out-of-state plates.

Police said he stole cards from the gym on Feb. 11 and Feb. 19. He used them to withdraw $3,000 from ATMs in Concord and Acton. He also purchased about $8,000 worth of merchandise from jewelry stores in Leominster and also purchased items at the Natick Mall and on Newbury Street in Boston.
