CONCORD, MA - It's the most wonderful time of the year – especially for kids.

Not only do students get off for the holidays, but Christmas vacation is the start of a slew of early release days, days off and outright vacations throughout the winter.

Here's a look at important school dates to know in Concord this winter:

DECEMBER

12/26-1/2 Winter Recess

JANUARY

1/13 Prof. Day Grades 6-8

1/16 M.L. King Day/No School

1/23 Prof Day Grades 9-12 (weather permitting)

FEBRUARY

2/20-2/24 Winter Vacation
