CONCORD, MA—Concord voters will take to the polls Thursday for the Special Town Election on April 14.
Three ballot questions will be debated during the election, pertaining to proposition two and one half, which involves a debt exclusion surrounding the costs of the Concord-Carlisle Regional School District landfill site remediation, a new school transportation facility and the construction of a new Minuteman High School.
All three questions are based from warrant articles from Concord Town Meeting. Both the construction of a new transportation facility and Minuteman school passed Town Meeting by a majority vote, with the construction of the new Minuteman High School passing nearly unanimously.
