Concord, West Concord Morning Departure Times Bumped Back in Commuter Rail Schedule Changes

The new changes are set to take effect on May 23.

CONCORD, MA—Those commuting from Concord and West Concord Train Stations in to Boston will have to wake up a bit earlier starting on May 23.

According to the newest schedule published Tuesday set to take effect on May 23, The inbound trains departing from Concord and West Concord before 7:45 p.m. will be depart earlier by ten minutes or more. In addition, the 404 trains and the 408 trains will not be stopping in Concord.

During the afternoon, the 417 train will not be stopping in Concord.

There will also be a new "reverse commute train from North Station to Littleton/495 to serve employment growth in the area at 6:45 a.m., as well as an early reverse commute to Fitchburg at 6:30 p.m.
