Concord Woman Arrested for DWI After NH Crash
New Hampshire State Police allege that Joyce Hogan was traveling at a high rate of speed before sliding off the road.

A local woman was arrested this afternoon after a rollover crash on I-93 in Sanbornton, NH, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
Joyce Hogan, 55, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after rolling her SUV over near mile marker 61, heading north on the Interstate.
After the crash, Hogan was trapped inside the SUV and troopers, along with some good Samaritans, were able to stabilize the vehicle before EMTs arrived.

After Sanbornton Fire and Rescue teams were called to the scene, Hogan was extracted from the vehicle and taken to Concord Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
“Witness statements obtained during an at-scene investigation revealed the vehicle had been operating northbound on Interstate 93 at a high rate of speed when the vehicle appeared to change lanes and lose control,” said Sgt. Ronald Taylor in a statement. “The vehicle reportedly slid sideways and rolled over multiple times before coming to rest on its drivers side down into the center median. It was raining at the time of the crash and speed appears to be a contributing factor.”
