Crosby's Marketplace Register Tapes for Education Open for New School Year
Program generates equipment for local schools

With the start of the new school year, Crosby’s Marketplace would like to remind parents and students of its Register Tapes for Education (RTFE) program.
Each year, Crosby’s Marketplace participates in RTFE to help raise money for much needed academic equipment. The program works like this: Customers collect grocery receipts from Crosby’s Marketplace, and give the receipts to their school. Once the school deposits receipts into a RTFE program, they are converted into points and redeemed for free equipment and supplies from a program catalog. The catalog features over 3,000 items including pens, pencils, computers, sports equipment, flat screen TVs and much, much more! Plus, additional items are added continually throughout the program!
“We are proud to participate in this program to help provide much needed educational equipment that goes into the classrooms of our customers’ children,” said Jim Crosby, president of Crosby’s Marketplace. “This program is a way of enhancing the education of our youth, and thanking our customers for their shopping loyalty.”
