Mark your calendars for the 11th annual RiverFest celebration. Over 30 fun, family-friendly events will take place on and along the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord Rivers – in 11 towns. Local organizations host events – and there will be something for everyone. The town of Concord will host a wide variety of activities on both Saturday and Sunday including bird watching, canoe trips, nature walks, a wild turtle display, crafts, boat tours, art, music, poetry, history, lectures, a fishing class for youngsters, and more. All events are free and open to the public. This is sure to be an exciting event. Riverfest is a celebration of the national Wild & Scenic designation of the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord Rivers which flow through our communities.
