"Good Grief" Bereavement Group begins Oct 19 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Concord

Trinity Episcopal Church offers a FREE 5-week bereavement support group for those dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Losing a loved one to death is one of the most painful experiences we can have. It helps to share that pain with people who understand what you're going through. A support group is an effective way to help the bereaved begin to heal because it offers a safe place for people to do the work of mourning.

Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street in Concord, offers a new bereavement support group on Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 12 noon beginning on Thursday, October 19, 2017. This will be a spiritual environment where individuals can share their feelings and experiences in a caring and confidential setting while receiving information about the grief process. Led by Buck Grace and Anne Lynch, the group will meet for five weekly sessions through November 16.

This is a free program. You need to register by October 9 so we’ll know how many to plan for.
