"Good Grief" — Bereavement Support Group meets March 28-April 25
Free 5-week bereavement support group meets at Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street in Concord,.

Losing a loved one to death is one of the most painful experiences we can have. It helps to share that pain with people who understand what you're going through. A support group is an effective way to help the bereaved begin to heal because it offers a safe place for people to do the work of mourning.
Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street in Concord, offers a new bereavement support group on Thursdays from 10:30 am-12:00 pm beginning on Thursday, March 28, 2019. This will be a spiritual environment where individuals can share their feelings and experiences in a caring and confidential setting while receiving information about the grief process. Led by George Dallas and Anne Lynch, the group will meet for five weekly sessions through April 25. This is a free program, but you need to register by March 18 so we’ll know how many to plan for.
If interested in joining us, or if you have questions, please contact Anne Lynch at 978-369-3715. This will be a "closed" group after the first session; no additional people will be able to join after the March 28 starting date. Participants are expected to make every effort to attend all five sessions.
