"Good Grief" — Bereavement Support Group meets at Trinity Episcopal Church in Concord , beginning March 16
FREE bereavement support group meets weekly, March 16-April 13. Please register by March 5.; this program is open to all in our community.

Losing a loved one to death is one of the most painful experiences we can have. It helps to share that pain with people who understand what you're going through. A support group is an effective way to help the bereaved begin to heal because it offers a safe place for people to do the work of mourning.
Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street in Concord, offers a new bereavement support group on Thursday mornings from 10-11:30 am, beginning on Thursday, March 16, 2017. This will be a spiritual environment where individuals can share their feelings and experiences in a caring and confidential setting while receiving information about the grief process. Led by Buck Grace and Anne Lynch, the group will meet for five weekly sessions through April 13. This is a free program.
Please register this free program by March 5 so we’ll know how many to plan for. This will be a "closed" group after the first session; no additional people will be able to join after the March 16 starting date. Participants are expected to make every effort to attend all five sessions.
