Henna artist Tracey Pistorio will create henna tattoos from 1 pm - 4 pm at the Umbrella Community Center For the Arts, 40 Stow Street, Concord as part of Concord's annual July 4 celebration, Picnic In the Park. This fun event is very popular with Teens and is being moved indoors because of the threat of rain. Picnic In the Park begins at noon with music at the Umbrella and also includes family programs at the Hunt Gym (listed separately).
