40 feet of high end (including diamond rings), bargain costume jewelry and cases of sterling, collectible and better jewelry.
This year, we have received wonderful donations of jewelry, including estate pieces, from Concord, Acton, Bedford, Carlisle, Sudbury, Waltham and West Roxbury. We will have 40 feet of bargain costume jewelry and cases of sterling, collectible and better jewelry - it will be treasure trove and a great place to start your holiday shopping early! Our customers have become our friends. Every July 4th is always such a great reunion because our members taught in the Concord schools, worked at Emerson Hospital, Town offices, owned local stores, and served on many of the non-profit Boards in town.We are your neighbors! Our philanthropic Club was formed at the turn of the century. We award three to four $3,000 scholarships to Concord-Carlisle High School students each spring. Funds for the scholarships are generated by the annual Fourth-of-July spectacular Jewelry Sale at Picnic in the Park and first Saturday December Scholarship Fair at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center.

Our members are retired women who want to keep busy raising funds for the students. We hope you will find it interesting to know that the current members of the United Woman's Club of Concord are in their late 70s, 80s and 90s. A few years ago, the West Concord Woman's Club and the Concord Woman's Club merged to become the United Club of Concord.
Picnic in the Park is a wonderful celebration for the entire family: it starts with a patriotic decorated doll carriage & bike parade, has food, hot air balloon rides, bluegrass music, and all sorts of activities for all ages.
Put on your best red, white and blue outfits to celebrate this day. Our Jewel Queens' tiaras will sparkle in the sunshine as they wait for you to come by with your family, neighbors and friends. Please spread the word. Help us have the best and most glorious 4th of July!
Please save the date for our next fund raising event, Annual Scholarship Fair on Saturday December 3rd at the Harvey Wheeler Community .
