District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Thursday indictments handed down between Jan. 31 and March 2. The case involves a Lowell man facing drug trafficking and possession charges. Below is a look at the indictment: Eliezer Ravelo, 34, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of heroin, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
