Rangers Grace Historical Park

Opening ceremony featured color guard members from Minute Man National Historic Park Rangers

Hello and welcome to another beautiful July morning.

Some of our Park Rangers have been gracing another historical park besides the . If you tuned into the July 19 Red Sox game versus my dad’s team, the Chicago White Sox, you’d have seen a very special opening ceremony featuring a color guard made up of our Park Rangers.

It was a good game too, if you held in there to the end. Cody Ross hit a three-run homer in the ninth for a final score of 3 to 1. (sorry, dad.)

Don’t worry if you don’t have Red Sox tickets. You can still see the Minute Man National Historical Park Rangers on their home turf every day this summer. Minute Man NHP spans the towns of Concord, Lincoln and Lexington and commemorates the opening battles of the American Revolution. Fees are minimal, if any, and the views and stories are priceless. This is something the whole family will enjoy. Check out the above link for upcoming activities and events. You will have a wonderful time even walking along the trails.

Hope you all have a wonderful week, no matter what you do. Until Tuesday …
