Lizzie the Clown will create balloon animals at the Hunt Gym, 90 Stow Street from 1 pm - 3 pm.  Lizzie's popular balloon twisting is part of Concord's annual Picnic In the Park.  Her program begins just before another great event - Circus Minimus - a one man circus.  The two family programs are indoors this year because of the threat of rain.
