Man Calls Concord Police After Dog Walker Lets Pet 'Intrude' on Lawn

Mon., Aug. 11
- 11:50 a.m. A hitchhiker was reported on Route 2 east by the old Pump & Pantry.
- 2:13 p.m. A caller said a woman was upset after getting into an argument with a man at the North Bridge Visitor Center. An officer spoke with the woman, who said she didn’t need assistance.
- 5:54 p.m. There was a two-car crash on Damon Street. No one was injured.
- 6:07 p.m. A caller said a person walking a dog on Bolton Street allowed the dog to “intrude” on his yard. The caller said he confronted the dog owner.
Tue., Aug. 12
- 7:07 a.m. Scott Woodman, 32, of Concord, was charged with driving without a license.
- 3:46 p.m. A dead skunk was reported on Dalton Road.
- 5:38 p.m. A caller said two teenagers were littering and skateboarding at the Thoreau School on Prairie Street. They were asked to leave but refused. An officer responded to the scene and told the teens to move along.
- 7:50 p.m. Roberto Dealmeida, 30, of Everett, was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
- 10:45 p.m. Sven Heistad, 45, of Newton, was charged with driving with a suspended registration and not having insurance.
