CONCORD, MA — A 46-year-old Hudson man died while working in a crawl space on a boiler system at Emerson Hospital in what officials called an industrial incident. Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said that at about 11:30 a.m. State Police assigned to her office learned of the fatality from Concord Police and Fire. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has also responded. The victim has not been identified. The death is not considered suspicious, but an investigation is being held.
