Man Run Over In Concord Intersection Identified
Authorities said the 75-year-old man was killed Monday when a commercial truck ran over him.

CONCORD, MA — The person run over by a commercial vehicle has been identified as a 75-year-old Rutland man. T
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Concord Police Chief Joseph O'Connor confirmed Wayne Moody died Monday when a 2016 Ford Utility Pickup truck backed up over him around near the intersection of Independence Road and Alcott Road.
Moody was working on the side of the road when he was hit, authorities said. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene. No charges have been filed.
