Music, Music, Music! Summer Classes offered through CCACE

CCACE and IMSCC are offering a wide variety of music classes this summer, whether you’re a music student looking to improve your skills or a music lover yearning to learn more. Analyzing Music helps you deepen your understanding of music theory and analysis, and starts 6/15; Intro to Jazz Composition dives deep into the theory and composition of jazz and gets you started composing on your own, starting 6/5; Coding Music with Pure Data! uses this real-time graphical programming environment to create your own synthesizer and step sequencer, starting 7/7; and two performance classes for winds and strings: Auditioning, Sight Reading & Advanced Performance Skills for Strings starting 7/27 and The Joy of Performing: Performance & Audition Class for Winds which offers five separate classes starting 7/16.
