National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) NH's 12th Annual NAMIWalks

Every year, mental
illness impacts the lives of at least one in four adults and one in 10 children
across the United States—nearly 60 million Americans.

Participating in
NAMIWalks helps stomp out the stigma associated with mental illness, and
supports the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) NH - a statewide,
grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life
of individuals affected by mental illness or emotional disorders through
education, support and advocacy.

Walk Day Registration opens at 9:00 am, and the Walk kicks off at 10:30 am.
Standard Walk route is 5K, but there's also a shorter route available. All are
invited to join us for a post-Walk grilled lunch; there is no registration fee
or minimum fundraising amount (all who raise at least $100 will get a Walk
t-shirt).

The largest mental health education and fundraising effort in America,
NAMIWalks brings together thousands of individuals and supporters to celebrate
mental illness recovery, to honor those who have lost their lives to mental
illness and to help raise funds, combat stigma and promote awareness.
