Photo of the Day: Atkins Visits Concord-Based Isabella Products
During her May 31 visit, state Rep. Cory Atkins checked out Isabella's innovative tablet for young children known as the Fable.

Here's the press release from the visit:
On Friday May 31, state Rep. Cory Atkins visited Isabella Products, an innovative mobile device and services company that has developed Fable, the world’s first safe and secure connected tablet for children ages 3-10. During her visit, Atkins learned more about Fable, as well as the company’s learning initiatives for Boston-area and international elementary school students.
“The importance of education cannot be overemphasized, especially when it’s the education of our youngest, most impressionable citizens,” said Atkins. “I’m thrilled to see a company that calls Concord home—Isabella Products—produce an excellent, accessible learning tool for children.”

Isabella’s Fable allows children the fun, independent experience of playing on a tablet while providing parents with peace of mind regarding the content their children are able to view. Teachers can upload content and send it directly to their students’ Fables instantaneously, therefore creating a collaborative, interactive environment in the classroom.
“We are excited that Atkins was able to visit, and we were proud to show her the progress our company has made, especially with our newest product, Fable,” said Isabella Founder, President and CEO Matthew Growney. “We have created a tablet that engages children and caters to their interests, but also one that provides a safe, browser-free experience so that parents don’t have to worry about monitoring content.”
