Shape Future Library Technologies: Public Focus Groups
Technology Focus Group at the Library

CONCORD – As part of the Concord Free Public Library's technology planning, we invite the public to participate in two focus groups led by consultant Jennifer Koerber. Koerber will guide the groups through conversation about what their technology needs from the library are now, and what they might need or be interested in over the next 3 - 5 years. Jennifer will also lead a creative brainstorming session to help uncover some untapped opportunities.
Focus Groups:
- Tuesday, December 5, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Fowler Branch (1322 Main Street)
- Saturday, December 9, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Main Library (129 Main Street)
Jennifer Koerber has nearly two decades of experience in libraries, in both public-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. After 17 years at the Boston Public Library, she established her own business providing technology training and consulting services to libraries. She has written extensively for Library Journal, and is the co-author (with Michael P. Sauers) of Emerging Technologies: a Primer for Librarians (Rowman & Littlefield, 2015) and of the forthcoming Library Services to Immigrants and New Americans: Celebration and Integration (Libraries Unlimited, March 2018).
