Popular bluegrass group, Southern Rail, will give a concert from 1:30 pm until 3 pm at the Umbrella Community Center For the Arts, 40 Stow Street, Concord as part of Concord's annual Picnic In the Park. The concert is going to be indoors because of the threat of rain. The group comes right after Roger Tincknell's concert This Land Is Your Land which begins at noon. Following Southern Rail will be the concert given by the Concord Band beginning at 3:15.
