C-C indoor track teams sweep Bedford for early holiday present.
The holiday came a little early for the boys' and girls' indoor track and field teams this week.
On Tuesday, against Bedford. The Patriot boys' team beat Bedford High School 81-10. The C-C girls beat the Buccaneers 78-17.
Concord-Carlisle's girls' team had 1-2-3 sweeps in the 55-meter hurdles, the 55-meter dash, 1 mile, 300-meter dash, and long jump. For the Patriot boys, times of 6.81 and 6.84 by Jesse Adegbe and Jabrail Coy in the 55m, about a tenth of a second off the best Dual County League (DCL) 55m times last year.

It wasn't as good a leadup to the winter break for the C-C boys' basketball team. on the season with a 46-41 loss to Arlington High School on Tuesday.
The Patriots will take a break from their regular-season schedule until Jan. 4 when they take on Bedford.
