Sports Week in Review, Feb. 5 - Feb. 11
The C-C hockey teams turn in fine week, as the girls' basketball team falls at home on senior night.
This was a good week for the Concord-Carlisle High School boys’ and girls’ hockey teams, as each came away with dramatic victories.
On Saturday night, the Patriot girls’ team used two unanswered goals and terrific play from netminder Michaela Haller Waltham High School at the Edge Sports Center. Haller turned in scoreless first and third periods to lead C-C to the victory.
The C-C boys’ team followed with a similarly exciting game at the Edge Sports Center on Monday night. Captain to score all of C-C goals in its win over Dracut High School.

His second and third goals broke a 1-all tie and gave the Patriots a little cushion.
Unfortunately, the Patriots’ girls’ basketball team couldn’t keep the good times rolling for C-C on Friday. They fell to DCL foe Tyngsborough High School in a heated, back-and-forth matchup.
