According to Lt. Thomas Mulcahy, the suspect in the outside the on Thoreau Street is in custody. Rishelle Whitcomb of Lynn was arrested by Lynn Police on Saturday night, and was arraigned in Concord District Court yesterday. Additional information was not immediately available.  According to police, Whitcomb allegedly threatened to stick the victim with a hypodermic needle if she did not turn over her car keys. The , a gold Hyundai Elantra, was located in Saugus on Wednesday, Jan. 11. This report will be updated as more information becomes available.
