Tanya Bartevyan to Offer Piano Recital at the Concord Library

CONCORD – Pianist and Concord resident Tanya Bartevyan will offer a classical piano recital at the Concord Free Public Library (Main Library, 129 Main Street) on Saturday May 11th, at 7 pm. The program will include music by J.S. Bach, Mozart, Ravel, Chopin, Schubert, and an Improvisation by the artist.

Ms. Bartevyan, a graduate of Harvard University and of the New England Conservatory of Music, has performed in distinguished venues in Boston and abroad. Her recital last season in the celebrated "Music From the Library" series was met with joyous audience enthusiasm and critical acclaim. "A wide-ranging and lyrical account, replete with narrative, imagery and graceful lines. This year's concert is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Concord Free Public Library and is awarded a grant from the Concord Local Cultural Council.

The event is free and open to the public. Seating may be limited. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Sudbury Street Entrance.
