Town Of Concord: Traffic/Construction Advisory - Nat. Grid Gas Main Replacement Begins July 26, 2021

Please be advised that National Grid and its Subcontractors will be performing a localized gas main replacement inside the roadway on Walden Street between the intersection of Concord Turnpike (Route 2) and Walden street to the Town Line of Lincoln and Concord starting Monday, July 26, 2021 and continuing for several months. Work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 pm and 4:00 am. Work entails trenching, gas main installation with patching, milling/grinding of existing asphalt and overlaying with new asphalt to repair the roadway. Alternating traffic will be maintained, however, expect localized delays near construction crews.  Additional information can be obtained by contacting National Grid 781-296-2096 or CPW- Engineering Division 978-318-3210.
