Trinitarian Congregational Church of Concord Donates $25k to Syrian American Medical Society

TriCon's Christmas offering directly supports the healing work of SAMS organization by extending critically needed aid to Syrian refugees

Trinitarian Congregational (TriCon) Church of Concord, MA dedicated their Christmas offering to the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS). Through the generosity of this church community's vibrant congregation, TriCon will be donating $25,000 to SAMS. This donation offers direct support to the healing work of SAMS organization by extending critically needed aid to Syrian refugees.

SAMS is a non-political, non-profit, medical relief organization that is working on the front lines of crisis relief in Syria and neighboring countries to alleviate suffering and save lives. $0.96 of every dollar donated to SAMS goes directly to its programs. SAMS proudly provides medical care and treatment to every patient in need. In 2015, SAMS treated a total of 2,316,642 people. 896,665 received primary health care, 14,424 enjoyed psychosocial care, and 629,373 benefited from ICU sand trauma care. TriCon is deeply engaged in social action, mission and outreach.
