West Concord Lot Pay Structure Changes in May

The town is doing away with the yellow Honor Box and going strictly Pay-By-Phone at the end of the month.

CONCORD, MA – Frequent users of the West Concord commuter lot, take note. The yellow Honor Box will be removed at the end of the month, and PayByPhone will be the only method of payment for the 114 state-owned spaces on the lot starting May 1.

According to the town, approximately 98 percent of people who use the lot currently utilize PayByPhone. Concord residents who regularly use the lot will continue to be able to apply for a semi-annual parking permit for 63 of the 105 town-owned spaces.

Payment by PayByPhone will be license plate-based, so parking space numbers will be eliminated. Drivers may download the free PayByPhone app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Click here to register with PayByPhone.
