What Business Would You Open in Concord?

Let's pretend for a moment that money was no object, space was a nonissue, zoning regulations were irrelevent and the only limit was your imagination: What kind of business would you love to run here in Concord? 

It could be a store you feel would perform well in town, or a business that would provide a much-needed service.
