Woman Charged with Rx Fraud at Concord Rite Aid

Mon., July 21

1:11 a.m. Police got a call about a car that was possibly stuck in the Community Garden on Walden Street. It turned out to be a woman checking on her plants for an upcoming show.

8:36 a.m. A car struck multiple parked cars in a doctor’s lot at Emerson Hospital.

12:22 p.m. The manager of Cumberland Farms on Thoreau Street reported someone scammed the store out of $500 worth of prepaid cards over the phone.

4:21 p.m. A man said a red SUV was speeding in the parking lot at Nine Acres Wines. Police caught up with the driver, who apologized.

Tue., July 22

3:14 p.m. Nele Danzig, 48, of 15 Agwam Rd., Acton, was charged with prescription drug fraud after an incident at Rite Aid on Lowell Road.

5:47 p.m. A man on Pleasant Street said he was the victim of an attempted IRS phone scam.

9:44 p.m. Christopher Human, 27, of Marlborough, was charged with operating after suspension, having an unregistered vehicle, and having no inspection sticker.
