• Man Airlifted to Baystate After SUV Collides With Flatbed Trailer on Cheshire Road (live959.com) — A Dalton man driving a flatbed truck was uninjured in a serious early-morning crash on Cheshire Road in Pittsfield that left an SUV driver with life-threatening injuries and required an airlift to Baystate Medical Center. Pittsfield Police are asking anyone who saw the tractor trailer or the collision near the Lanesborough line around 3:46 a.m. to contact their traffic unit with information.
