• Danvers CARES 'Light The Night Purple' Event To Celebrate Recovery (patch.com) — Danvers residents are invited to join the annual Danvers CARES Light The Night Purple event, featuring recovery stories, treatment resources and a solidarity walk through familiar town streets. With a free evening program at the Peabody Institute Library and a one-mile walk looping past Danvers High School and Danvers Square, the gathering aims to support healing and reduce stigma around substance use.
• Three MA High Schools Named Best for Youth Sports in the United States (live959.com) — Danvers’ own St. John’s Prep has been ranked the No. 2 high school in the entire country for student athletes, according to a new Niche study. The all-boys school offers 22 sports and serves grades 6–12, standing out among three Massachusetts schools honored, alongside Boston College High School and Xaverian Brothers High School.
