TOPSFIELD, MA — Danvers and Topsfield emergency responders were called to a "serious" head-on collision involving an overturned vehicle in Topsfield on Monday.
Topsfield fire said Valley Road in Topsfield was closed as fire and police crews from Topsfield, Danvers fire, and Action Ambulance arrived on scene.
Northeast Emergency Services reported on social media that the head-on crash included one vehicle that rolled into the woods with an entrapment.
First responders were able to rescue the trapped person in the vehicle.
The extent of the injuries was not immediately known.
