The documentary was created by Abigail Disney, granddaughter of Walt Disney, an Emmy-winning director and producer, philanthropist and the CEO and president of Fork Films. She is an active supporter of peacebuilding, is passionate about advancing women's roles in the public sphere, and focuses her work on vital social issues.
All are invited to attend the film’s viewing and participate in the in-depth follow-up conversation, on Saturday, April 28, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The discussion will be led by Bob Stains, a Senior Associate at Essential Partners (formerly the Public Conversations Project), and his own Danvers-based practice, who worked with the film's producers to create its discussion guides. Stains has brought people together for the past 24 years to engage in constructive conversations about abortion, firearms. gender, race, religion, politics and more.
