Beane Appointed Sales Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Topsfield Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Scott Beane has been appointed vice president and sales manager of the company’s Topsfield office. Beane will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of 32 affiliated sales associates serving Topsfield, Boxford, Danvers, Hamilton, Middleton and the surrounding communities on the North Shore.

Prior to his new position, Beane served as manager of the company’s Boston-South End office.

“Scott is an accomplished real estate professional with exceptional management skills. Before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s management team, Beane managed two offices in Central Massachusetts for William Raveis Real Estate and later moved to the company’s downtown Boston division to manage two office locations.

He started his real estate career 15 years ago by affiliating with the former The DeWolfe Cos., and later became affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Sudbury and Westford.

A resident of Lynn, Beane is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors® and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Beane served as a senior training manager for John Hancock Financial Services for 14 years and later joined a large Boston law firm as an information technology trainer.
