Beverly Man Arrested In Connection To Danvers Car Break-Ins

DANVERS, MA -- Police responding to a report of a man urinating on the rear access road to the Thorpe School in Danvers Thursday morning ended up making an arrest in connection to several recent car break-ins. Police charged Kristopher Foley, 31, of Beverly, with Open and Gross Lewdness, Disturbing the Peace and Receiving Stolen Property.

After locating Foley police found several items taken from cars in his possession. Staff at the school notified parents about the incident, but police stressed there was no threat at the school.

Police believe the break-ins occurred on Barbara Road, Burley Street, Grapevine Road and Stafford Road. Danvers Police said they have several items that may have been taken from cars but have yet to be reported stolen. Anyone who believes they are missing items from their car should contact the police department at 978-774-1213 ext. 4113.
