Clark Students Raise Over $1500 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Students raised over $1500 by participating in St. Jude's Math-a-thon fundraiser.

Clark School students recently participated in St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's “Math-a-thon” fundraiser. The students collectively raised over $1500, with proceeds going to St. Jude’s. The hospital treats children of all ages who are battling childhood cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases.

The students raised the money by acquiring sponsors who donated funds based on the number of math problems completed. “We are so proud of the work that our students did to raise this money all on their own,” said Head of School, Jeff Clark. “They were able to improve their math and comprehension skills while also learning the value of helping others. St. Jude’s is a wonderful cause and we will continue to encourage students to participate in the annual Math-a-thon.”
